Proconstitutional Interpretation of Criminal Law

This book gives the legislature and judiciary the tools to employ constitutional reasoning in their decision-making processes. It argues that a constitution is a source of information about values that are of fundamental importance to a society and for a proconstitutional interpretation as a method of finding moral clarity in criminal law.
